The quintet Black Honey, which was named as NME‘s “New Artist of The Week”, The Guardian‘s “New Band of the Week”, and featured in DIY‘s “Class of 2016”, recently shared a new track: “Hello Today“.
“Hello Today” reminds us of some 90s grunge-pop acts such as Meredith Brooks or No Doubt. The frontwoman of the band, Izzy B Phillips, was described as “a Debbie Harry for 2016” by Vogue Magazine. Another hint that blinks Gwen Stefani.
