Blues and Rock artist C.S. Armstrong’s cover to Bobby Blue Bland’s “Ain’t No Love” is out in full. Ardent game players and followers will perhaps have heard the song before on the trailer of Mafia III.

The track pays obeisance to a legend in the blues genre, while yet showing Armstrong’s skill with a modern rock-tinged version. About this cover, C.S. Armstrong said:

“Bobby “Blue” Bland is one of the founding fathers of the blues legacy. It’s with great honor I cover one of my all-time favorite songs that showcase the truth and honesty of love and my nomadic lifestyle.

Speaking of his goals, he says, it is “Preserving the legacy of such jewels in music while maintaining my own artistry and approach to music.” With such a last name, we think it’s a good sign!
