As a follow-up to their successful debut album, Chick Quest, have announced their sophomore album titled “Model View Controller” set for release February 2017. One of the tracks on the ten-track album is “Savant Garde.”
While there are noticeable atmospheric changes to the band’s sound, the Chick Quest signature glorious Spaghetti Western trumpets, melodic, bouncy bass lines, and simple, catchy beats remain intact. The post-punk track “Savant Garde” was written and composed by Ryan White.
The band made up of Ryan White on vocals and guitar, Iris Rauh on the drums, Marcus Racz on trumpet and keyboard, and Magdalena Kraev on the bass, have definitely added something new to the ranks to create a darker and twistier sound.
