Swedish shoegaze trio Echo Ladies share debut album “Pink Noise”

Echo Ladies‘ debut album “Pink Noise” is now out on Hybris.

Malmö’s shoegaze trio Echo Ladies unveil today their debut album “Pink Noise” on Swedish label Hybris. The eight tracks, which mainly focus on time-honoured teen angst, are quite apocalyptic, souding like if the world was ending. About the theme of the album, they explained:

Being scared of growing up and standing on the border of adulthood without knowing what will happen. The feeling of nostalgia and hope for the future, but mixed with the worries and concerns about defining who you are and what you will become.

Before adding:

‘Pink noise’ is a setting that you can find on some old analogue synths. It pretty much sounds like the world is ending – the perfect way to describe this album.

The album features previously shared single “Bedroom” and was recorded by producer Joakim Lindberg. Stream it below.
