Leo Stannard released hip-hop-infused new single "Oceans"

Multi-talented songwriter and instrumentalist Leo Stannard follows up his last single “In My Blood” with a new track titled “Oceans“. The single is rather bouncy and hip-hopish, which stands in contrast to his previous track’s anthemic style, and showcases Leo’s diverse talent.

About his new single out now via Black Butter Records, Leo Stannard details:

‘Oceans’ is about the regret of letting something go and being guilty of always looking for the next thing whilst not treasuring what you have at that moment. Sometimes what you already have is the best thing and nothing will be better, but that can be really difficult to see. “Searching oceans for something better, had it all but I didn’t know.

The 21-year-old Leicester-born rising star has had a phenomenal year and is currently working on his debut album to be released in 2017. The album will be produced by Fred Ball – who has worked with Rihanna and Madonna – and Rich Cooper – who has worked with artists like David Byrne and Mystery Jets.
