Marissa Nadler announces new album “For My Crimes”, shares title track

Marissa Nadler‘s eighth album “For My Crimes” will be released on September 28 via on Sacred Bones and Bella Union.

Boston-based singer-songwriter Marissa Nadler is back with a new track and the announcement of a new album for this fall. The follow-up to her 2016’s LP “Strangers” was co-produced with Lawrence Rothman and Justin Raisen and features an impressive female casting: Angel Olsen, Sharon Van Etten, Kristin Kontrol, Patty Schemel on drums, Mary Lattimore on harp, and experimental multi-instrumentalist Janel Leppin on strings.

The album is introduced to us with its title track “For My Crimes”, which is a beautiful ballad where she begs not to be remembered for her crimes. The backing vocals are signed by Angel Olsen.
