Pale Grey‘s “Les Mots Bleus” is out now on Jaune Orange.
Liège-based indie pop band Pale Grey are in the middle of a European tour but they took some time to share a new track which is actually a cover of a French iconic song. With their reinterpretation of Christophe‘s “Les Mots Bleus”, the Belgian musicians have managed to reconcile the emotional intensity of the original track with their aerial signature sound. The synth arpeggios also remind that Christophe was one of the pioneers of synthpop in France. Check Pale Grey‘s enveloping cover as well as their tour itinerary below.
