Cosmopolitan artist Lee Triffon is giving a follow up to her amazing debut single “Different Sun.” The track was the first official one to be released under her own name. The artist, who was born in Tel Aviv but who is now based in Los Angeles, chose HighClouds to premiere this mystical, almost esoteric, new offer: “Mirrors In The Sand.”
Her new indietronica song is an experience in itself: the spellbinding synths and vocal arrangements are bringing you in an introspective trip. Sometimes, when you try to change things, you talk to yourself and you feel alone, facing your own personnality. You can live in the denial or know the anger. “Mirrors in the Sand” invites you to cross the desert, in order to open your eyes and meet your new “yourself”.
About the track, the artist explains:
“Mirrors” In The Sand was written at a time when my life was dramatically changing but I didn’t realize it then. It talks about the deepest habits that are rooted inside and are unseen from our eyes, choices that are made from self-conditioning and the breaking of those habits.
Like the previous single “Different Sun,” the sound and the universe of “Mirrors In The Sand” are inspired. The artist is a musician for quite a long time and her multi-culturalism can be heard in the exotic, enigmatic, and hauntingly beautiful production, that is by the way co-signed by Roey Avital.
“Mirrors in the Sand”, the new single of Lee Triffon, is a rich, spellbinding and introspective oddyssey to cross the desert of your own personality!
