Princess Nokia‘s new single, “Sugar Honey Iced Tea (S.H.I.T.)”, is out now.
New York-born Puerto Rican rapper Princess Nokia follows up on her 2018’s emo-inspired mixtape A Girl Cried Red with a brand new track and video. Titled “Sugar Honey Iced Tea (S.H.I.T.)”, the single is sun-kissed and summery but also bitter and fierce as the artist takes a shot at her detractors. In the accompanying video, which was directed by Emma Westenberg and “inspired by the NYC Ball Culture of Princess Nokia’s upbringing”, she enters and slays a beauty pageant. The visuals also feature the rapper Maliibu Miitch. Watch below.
