Private Agenda‘s new Ep, Aura, is out today via Lo Recordings.
Consisting of Sean Phillips and Martin Aggrowe, Private Agenda is a London-via-Berlin duo who craft lush and softly psychedelic indie pop tracks. Today, they are following up on their 2018’s Affection EP with a brand new EP shared via British independent label Lo Recordings. Taken from the 4-track project, the closing track “Lighthouse” caught our attention with its lo-fi arrangements, shimmering synths and dreamy vocal harmonies. There’s actually a strong Wild Beasts vibe in the track, which is obviously a very good thing. If you’re familiar with Private Agenda‘s sound, “Lighthouse” is clearly more delicate and intimate than some of their electrifying cosmic disco and shiny synthpop explorations.
