Singer-songwriter Liana comes from Quebec City, Canada, and she will easily seduce you with her genuine R&B sounds. Discover “Don’t Miss You”, a new single available for free download and that is taken from her debut EP “Prime Time”.
Liana Bureau discovered R&B music at a young age but, as she details it in her biography, she had to hide from her parents to listen to Destiny’s Child because they were not allowing her to do so because of their sexy attire. We often say that we tend to do the opposite of our parents and it is maybe why Liana kept on exploring this music universe, that is totally part of her artistry today.
In 2015, Liana made it to Québec’s very popular version of “The Voice” and since then, she has been working on her debut EP “Prime Time”, which notably features this new single “Don’t Miss You”. The song is an elegant R&B track that differs from what we are used to hearing, notably thanks to the emphasis on real instruments, such as guitar. As a consequence, the final product has an intimate and retro atmosphere and differentiate itself from the over-produced R&B that is all over the place nowadays.
