Our lovely girl with the velvet voice is back! Finally, Ripsy May gives a follow-up to her amazing debut track with a sensual new song. “When In Love”, which was produced by Alex Nazar and Zaiah, is a seductive piece that makes us think of a dangerous courtship display! Are you ready to be teased?

Close your eyes, and you will easily imagine a couple dancing a carnal tango in a retro cabaret decorated with velvet. Their dance is passionate, mesmerizing, almost risky. It is so good to hear real instruments because a lot of pop artists right now are only playing with synthetic sounds.

About the track, the artist, who is Armenian by blood, Latvian by birth, but raised in England, explains:

“I wrote the song a few years ago, it’s been a nutty few months- and with that said, the process of making this song has been equally so. The production changed numerous times, and so did the genre of the song. We worked with amazing live musicians, and this song is about having your actions contradict what your heart is really feeling. This all comes together for a body of work that I can’t wait to slowly reveal to you. I hope you like it xx”
