Brooklyn-based artist Joao Gonzalez, better known as Soft Glas, has been teasing his upcoming album “Late Bloom” for some time already. Until this week, we already had the chance to preview three tracks from this new project. Yesterday, the artist shared another single: “Dealing In Hypotheticals.”
“Dealing In Hypotheticals” features vocals from Madison McFerrin, another artist from Brooklyn. The name of the singer might remind you of something as her father is the American jazz vocalist Bobby McFerrin (his track “Don’t Worry, Be Happy” was a No. 1 U.S. pop hit in 1988). This new single is a modern trip-hop piece and a real teamwork as it also features Cautious Clay (saxophone), Alex Szotak (bass) and Burniss Earl Travis II + Chargaux (both for strings).
