New talents, both intense and invigorating, standing side by side on our newest Deer Du Bois playlist this week.

From the creatively sprouting North we present you Danish singers Penny Police and Ann See, both with their soft-starting delicate ballads “No Horizon” and “Head Het Up” both growing into electronic pop songs, sparking with greatness. For some more indie-Scandi-pop we compiled Stockholm’s “Majestic” new track by synth duo RABBII and Gothenburg’s Tracy Irve with their dark-but-uplifting “Keep Me Close”.

The soundscapes of Low Roar and the vocals of Icelandic songstress Jófríður Ákadóttir are a beautiful miracle on “Bones”, just like boiling water gushing out a geyser.

We would never forget to add some future-funk-dance to our list, and we are happy that the guys from Miami Horror are back with their saxophone driven floor-filler “Leila”. And freshly released, we also welcomed back this week, the new album by London electronic band The Golden Filter. On Optimo Music, they released a damn fine double-faced album from which we selected our favorite floating retro-synth song “Rivers”.
