Indeed, the one who notably founded the collective Doomtree had a successful kidney transplant two years ago and therefore, a long rest. Some days ago, he just resurfaced with “Sleepdrone/Superposition”, a gripping and amazing track (and video) that is longer than 8 minutes.

This new song is both a personal meditation on his health issues and an outward look at institutional racism and social movements such as “Black Lives Matter”. The track of someone who bounces back and who is, more than ever, ready to pound the table. “Sleepdrone/Superposition” is a collective movement by itself as it features a long list of other artists such as Allan Kingdom, Astronautalis, Eric Mayson, Kathleen Hanna, Hard_R, Lydia Liza, Lizzo and Nicholas L. Perez.
