Instead this song was created by Nabihah Iqbal AKA Throwing Shade, a London based artist signed under Ninja Tune. She released her track “hashtag IRL”, first cut of her forthcoming EP under that label where she mocks the new concepts behind every Internet interaction

This track is part of an EP called “House Of Silk” due to be released on March 18. She stated about this track :

You might recognise her voice since she is the one behind Sophie’s track “Lemonade” and also of L.O.V.E. (yes I checked, there is actually a voice behind all that painful noise) and she is now releasing a very futurist track, where her voice repeats incessantly “hashtag… LOL… OMG…” capturing the only essence of our virtual lives.
