The duo just released their first single of 2017 “In Time” featuring Belle Doron. This perfectly crafted future trap production is ornamented by the singer’s dreamy topline. About the track, they explained:

When we were first working on the instrumental we had an idea of how the song was going to sound, but we weren’t sure about the specific feelings we were trying to convey. Then, Belle sent us her vocals and we were absolutely blown away by her emotion and lyrics. We instantly knew that the track was going to carry a sense of ‘reminiscing of the past’ and that’s how “In Time” was born.

[su_dropcap style=”simple”]Y[/su_dropcap]esterday, the ceremony for the MOBO Awards 2015 (Music of Black Origin) took place in the UK at the Leeds Arena. The ceremony widely rewarded rap and grime artists such as Stormzy and Krept and Konan. But one of the best moments of the show was undoubtedly the FKA Twigs‘ performance of “Figure 8” and “In Time”.

The two tracks are taken from her last EP “M3LL155X”. As usual, the choreography was totally mastered and unique. FKA Twigs is not a singer, she’s an artist with a proper artistic universe that we are glad to contemplate every time she performs.

She didn’t leave empty-handed the ceremony as “Pendulum” won the Best Video award.
