Canadian talented artist Joanne Pollock released last week her debut album “Stranger” and since then, we have been listening to it pretty much on repeat. We couldn’t help but to share with you the incredible track “Expect Me”.

Evolving in between high octave vocals and weird yet exquisite electronic sounds, the artist develops her music around fun and experimentation. Out via Venetian Snares, the album is an electronic pop gem that will please the fans of The Knife thanks to its cold production that antagonises her warm vocals. While she explores the limits of her own talent, the only thing we can focus on is on her incredible understanding on how to create smart pop music.
