LYZZA shares dance pop banger “Neverland”

**“Neverland” is taken from LYZZA‘s self-released new EP, Defiance, to be released on November 21.**

A few days before the release of her new EP DEFIANCE, which will mark a shift toward pop music and explore themes such as relationships, heartbreak and resilience, London-via-Amsterdam producer and vocalist LYZZA has dropped the second single off the project. Following up on the epic lead single “Hellraiser XXX“, “Neverland” sees the artist connect with Hot Chip‘s Joe Goddard and Jungle’s Tom McFarland to aid in production. Taking some distance (but not too much) from the underground clubs, the track sounds more straightforward than anything she has released before, whilst keeping her particularly icy and emotional vocal delivery. LYZZA announces new EP with epic new track “Hellraiser XXX”

**“Hellraiser XXX” is taken from LYZZA‘s self-released new EP, DEFIANCE, due out November 21.**

One year after the release of her EP IMPOSTER, Amsterdam-via-London DJ, producer and vocalist LYZZA returns with a brand new track. “Hellraiser XXX” is actually the first single to be lifted from her upcoming third EP, DEFIANCE, which will mark a sound shift toward experimental pop and explore “themes of relationships, heartbreak and resilience”. This first single seems to act as a transition as the forward-thinking beats and icy emo vocals recall the atmosphere of her first two EPs to mind. DEFIANCE also features contributions from Hot Chip’s Joe Goddard and Jungle’s Tom McFarland. Listen to “Hellraiser XXX” below and pre-order the EP via Bandcamp.

While we are waiting for Hercules & Love Affair‘s fourth LP ‘Omnion’, Andy Butler‘s project recently shared the title track which features Sharon Van Etten. You can now watch the Crowns & Owls-directed video below.

If the song features Sharon Van Etten‘s vocals, the video is starring actress Liz Ord who is endlessly walking on a never-endind staircase.

‘Omnion’ was also recently remixed by Hot Chip‘s Joe Goddard.
