Why they are named Wy is unknown to us. Wy join a growing number of talented artists who are creating electro-pop tunes with a tender emotional twist. Listen to their amazing debut “In Bloom”, out via Hybris!

Wy combine a simple and dreamy beat with “floating synths and melancholic guitars” to create a mystical track – ‘In Bloom’.

Agren sings with a whispering and pleading voice that is alluring and gripping. Her voice seems to strain with emotion which adds such depth and power to a light song. ‘In Bloom’ is their latest release and looks to be Wy’s first before they release an EP rumored to be out this fall. The accompanying video is equally artistic and well produced and mirrors the style of the song brilliantly.

We can’t wait to hear Wy’s EP and are expecting great things from this young and exciting duo! While waiting for it, connect with the band on Facebook, Twitter, Soundcloud, and Instagram.
