“UPP” is taken from Zebra Katz‘s debut album, LESS IS MOOR, due out March 20.

Multidisciplinary artist, rapper, producer, and performer Ojay Morgan, better known as Zebra Katz, is readying the release of his long-awaited debut album LESS IS MOOR. So far, we’ve heard the singles “IN IN IN,” “LOUSY,” and “ISH,” and the Florida artist has now unveiled a new cut, “UPP,” which draws from both Miami Bass and industrial music. Produced by Zebra himself alongside Br83the and Torus, the sexually-charged track deals with cruising on the dancefloor.

About the track, the artist explained:

[su_quote]’UPP’ is a re-imagined, extended, and finished version of one of the first tracks I wrote and produced on GarageBand. I wanted to reapproach the track implementing the sonic growth I’ve had since it was originally written in 2010. I choose to include an up-close or ASMR inspired vocal that might feel as if someone was whispering (sweet nothings) into your ear inside a dark and crowded club.[/su_quote]
