New York-based PLVTINUM teams up with producer Sam Carter on “While We Have Time” to create a charged, tropical house-tinged pop track that is both parts jammable and perfect for the summer. The track opens with some marimba sounds, twinkling synths, and it isn’t long before his voice chimes in.
