[su_dropcap style=”simple”]S[/su_dropcap]oundcloud and the beauty of a pure chance. Some days ago, we were lucky to meet Puregold, a 16-years-old girls quartet from Brighton. Their single “Illuminati” is a fusion of different genres. Indeed, the track, that was mixed by Sub Hero, starts with some RnB-soul vibes before growing in strength by turning into a synthetic refrain mixed with jazzy beats. The girls are also accompanied by Bristol-based MC Nomad, who is used to working with Bad Places Records.

The girls, whose names are Tegan, Alessia, Amelia, and Frankie love to spend the majority of their time skateboarding. And when not doing that, they record some tracks. Currently, they are working with Cook’n Bake, an artist who both handles guitar and beats pad and who signed the music of “Illuminati”. More tracks to be recorded over the Spring, if skateboarding permits it.
