XXYYXX shares “Red”, produces “Out Of Time” for Vanessa Elisha

[su_dropcap style=”simple”]T[/su_dropcap]wenty years old electronic music producer XXYYXX released earlier this month “Red”, another gem that is totally out of time and out of space. And the artist is generous as he lets you the choice: you can download the track for free or purchase it on iTunes.

“Red” is an atmospheric trap-inspired track with ghost vocals, which is reminiscent of some of his previous works such as “Breeze”, one of his first tracks.

Moreover, the Floridian producer, whose real name is Marcel Everett, offered his skills to the Australian singer Vanessa Elisha for her new track “Out Of Time”. This is not their first collaboration together as 9 months ago, they co-signed “Unknown”. Both tracks are very good and we hope to hear more products of this teamwork.

Run The Jewels celebrate RTJ2’s first anniversary with “Angel Duster” video.

It’s been already one year since “Run The Jewels 2” was released via Mass Appeal/Red. The second LP of El-P and Killer Mike‘s collaboration received once again critical acclaim and an overwhelming public reception. It brought the duo to the biggest summer festivals worldwide. Some days ago, to celebrate the first anniversary of their release of “RTJ2”, the band shared a video for “Angel Duster“. It was made with live footage from their last tour.

The video was directed and edited by Ryosuke Tanzawa and features footage from different music festivals such as Pitchfork Festival, Bonnaroo or Rock en Seine.

El-P also shared to DIY that there will be a “Run For The Jewels 3”: “As soon as I get home, we start Run the Jewels 3 […] We’ve already started some of the production […] That’s what we’re doing all next year until it’s done.”
