The Black Madonna‘s “He Is The Voice I Hear” was made in collaboration with her studio partner Rupert Murray and, as you can hear it, features a whole ensemble of live musicians. The track opens with a dramatic piano solo that totally immerses us back into the 70s. Then, the violins start their lament until the divine apparition of the Donna Summer-esque synths. The track is a burning anthem that could resuscitate the Studio 54. The real orchestra brings an authentic human warmth that makes us forget for a while that Marea Stamper [her real name] is also a techno queen.

“He Is The Voice I Hear” also showcases the amazing creativity of the artist and has everything to be an iconic track as worthy of Todd Terje‘s “Inspector Norse” or Lindstrøm‘s “I Feel Space.”
