Slovenlie defines her track “Celerity” with her swift and electric energies

London-based artist Slovenlie creates another electric single, “Celerity.” With the definition, literally meaning “swiftness of movement” this track moves smoothly and quickly with its fast paced energies bouncing from one beat to the next.

Slovenlie constructs such an independent sound that mixes a trifecta of electronic, pop and dance all so swiftly. With her inspiration coming from her own experiences, she explains that her inspiration comes from her struggle.

Slovenlie dig deeper into her life with sophomore pop single “Ritual”

After the release of her debut single “Disaster”, Slovenlie returns with a new song “Ritual” that digs deeper into her life.

“Ritual” matches the standards set by “Disaster” with the symmetric matching of its emotional and enigmatic sound as well as being pacey, layered, and intertwined with her alluring vocals.

“Ritual” reveals the experience of living with a personality trait and shows how music can be a form of both expression and respite. Slovenlie, who writes, plays, and arranges all of her songs, shares her challenges since she was five years living with OCD and how it altered all aspects of her life in this unusual pop song.

Remembering how it all started, Slovenlie says:

Slovenlie – Disaster

What’s the best way to be warm and cold at the same time ? London based artist Slovenlie might have found the secret recipe. With “Disaster”, she is positioning herself into one of the artists with the most exciting debut tracks that we’ve heard in a long time.

Marrying perfectly her harsh production with her sweet yet dark voice, “Disaster” is a hybrid of pop and electronic madness. The bassline is dark, deep while her voice is more enlightened creating a contrast that other artists have created in their own way in the past like Björk among others.

Slovenlie is currently working on new music, while “Disaster” is out on all the platforms. The single will soon be released with remixes by Max Cooper and Affelaye due to be released on May 25.
