With the genuine fear of being a has-been artist, Thomas Vilde rises like a phoenix from the ashes after the death of his old band. Coming back as VILDE, here is his latest haunting single “Strictly Speaking.”
The Stockholm-based artist had multiple tours and performances across Europe and the USA and his new project, simply named Vilde, surely has a base to proceed from.
“Strictly Speaking” is already the third track taken from a series. Indeed, Vilde will share a new piece of music every month over this new year. The song is like a dream pop version of Anohni, where Vilde‘s vocals nicely emerged from a dreamlike and hazy atmosphere. A perfect fit for the winter, especially if you want to roam around in the snow like a lost soul. Speaking about this new single, Vilde revealed:
