Westerman will release a new EP later this year, before an album to follow in 2019.
London’s singer-songwriter Westerman – real name Will Westerman – is back with another Bullion-produced track which interweaves once again his simple, minimalist folk approach with subtle electronic arrangements. On “Easy Money”, the flip side to previously shared “Edison“, these electronic touches are probably less discreet than on his recent singles but they don’t denature his idiosyncratic work. The mystery is still here. “Easy Money” was first written as a love song but quickly turned into a sort of conversation, as the artist detailed. About the track, he also added:
