Westerman is a supportive friend in new song “Oustide Sublime”

Westerman‘s “Ark” EP is out November 9 on Blue Flowers.

Following up on “Albatross“, London singer-songwriter Westerman has unveiled a new song from his upcoming EP where he explores human vulnerability in the modern era. On the encouraging second single, the retro-mellow “Oustide Sublime”, he cheers up a friend by telling him “Be what you want/I’ll always be your champion”. About the inspiration of the track, Westerman detailed:

I wanted to write a note to a struggling friend. I hoped it would be an arm on the shoulder for anyone finding things difficult. I wanted to be really direct with this, and for it to feel joyful and powerful in an unobtrusive sort of way.
