Los Angeles newcomer Aaron Childs unveils today his debut original track and video. “My Way” is a trip from the past to the present, adapting soul music with current tastes.
Aaron Childs is not really a begginer as he already conquered an audience thanks to his video covers. But the artist is not only a singer. He writes his own tracks and plays several instruments that he records himself in his apartment in Silverlake. For this debut original single “My Way”, as well as for his whole upcoming EP, the promising artist was helped by the producer Peter Lee Johnson.
“My Way” is a simple and pleasurable song which is recorded live with real instruments. This is probably why you can feel the genuine pleasure of the artist who lists by the way Al Green and Marvin Gaye as his influences. A pleasure that quickly becomes infectious as I’ve surprised myself humming “My Way” all day long.
