AJÁ ROSE‘s self-released new single, “Fall Apart”, is out now.
Hailing from Los Angeles, Ajá Rose is the duo consisting of singer-songwriter Aubrey Fowler and producer-songwriter Jackson Carlisle. They have been crafting music together since 2013, blending indie dance, UK club, pop and R&B arrangements as well as a strong taste for 808s. Recalling acts like Kllo to mind, their new offering sounds simultaneously aerial and jittery. “‘Fall Apart’ is about any person who tries to knock you down mentally, how it’s inevitable, and how you can’t care what they think,” they explained.
