Boogarins – Benzin (video)

One can only imagine the possibilities of what a music video for songs by a psychedelic rock band could include. As seen in the release of a video for “Benzin”, by Brazilian group Boogarins, it looks like they’ve decided to go the beautiful humans-interacting-with-nature route. The breezy-sounding track accompanies a Cléver Cardoso-directed video filled with various shots of powerful waterfalls, dreamy-looking plains of grass, and chiseled canyons, scenes from mystical looking environment of Veadeiros.

As written in the press release:

The video for “Benzin” is an ode both lyrically and visually to their home state of Goiás and its natural beauty. As the song elicits, sometimes this beauty and familiarity can be comforting, sometimes it makes you “want to run if only to return.”
