Enjoy a sylvan break with Menke and her peaceful video “Moln”

Swedish up and coming artist Menke has just shared the visuals of her poetic debut single “Moln”.

Menke is a multi-instrumentalist hailing from Sweden and on her debut track, “Moln”, she revisits a famous traditional poem from Karin Boyes. According to Conversations About Her, the artist was brought to our ears by Greek-Swedish DJ and producer Steve Angello as he got her signed to Size. “Moln” is an amazing debut track and its arrangements are so delicate and caressing that we immediately forget that we don’t understand a single word of it.

There are now visuals to go with “Moln” and it’s a perfect fit. Menke‘s video clip is both peaceful and mysterious as we join the artist in the depth of a foggy forest. The action is slow and invites you to take a break to fully embrace it. It’s a moment of sylvan mindfulness and also a real pleasure to see this tall and almost unreal creature (sorry Menke) being faded away by a mystical haze.

Keep it up with Menke via Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
