Hailing from Bandung, Indonesia, Ping Pong Club debut with shimmering and uplifting synth-pop single “Venetian Blinds”.
Ping Pong Club is a quartet comprised of Muhammad Rizky ‘Kids’, Hariz Lasa, Fasya Suryadini and Satrio Adi Nugroho. On their explorative and epic debut “Venetian Blinds”, even if their sound is definitely indie pop at heart, they pepper it with futuristic touches and disco beats. Ping Pong Club‘s “Venetian Blinds” is far from being revolutionnary but the band still manage to capture us with an epic and invigorating progression throughout the track.
