Newcomer Pizzagirl channels 80s synth-pop on his debut track “Favourite Song”.
It’s crazy all you can do in a room. Hailing from Liverpool, Liam Brown debuts his lo-fi, minimalist track “Favourite Song” under the Pizzagirl moniker and it reminds us straight away of other Brit synth-pop bands, Hot Chip and Pet Shop Boys in the forefront. Through a polychromatic world that you can feel from his music to his website, the artist also shows his comic character. About his own track, he wrote: “superb melodies, i don’t know who made this but i’m a big fan”. Listen to his debut track below.
