When you’re mapped to vast hilly landscapes, there’s a high chance that your music is loaded with this feeling of immensity. Hailing from Scotland, Makeness is back with an alternative dance tune, “Day Old Death”, that will make you feel so small in comparison to its power and wilderness.
Makeness is the moniker of British producer and songwriter Kyle Molleson. The artist who graduated in Electronics from Leeds University has always loved music and technology and of course, you can hear this in his productions. On the latest one, “Day Old Death”, the production is golden as the artist has perfectly crafted a progression that you won’t be able to resist (it’s like defying the huge waves by the seaside during a storm).
Makeness‘ “Day Old Death” comes with visuals that partly channel The Chemical Brothers‘ iconic video “Star Guitar”.
