Loaded again with a genuine vulnerability, Odina is back with a new story. “Why’d You Make Me Cry” is a beautiful guitar ballad that was made in the intimate space of her small London bedroom.
Based in London, Odina originally comes from Barcelona. Her bedroom and genuine pop reminds us of bands like Bon Iver and Girlpool and we are following her since the release of her 2016’s debut “Broken EP”. On this new track, “Why’d You Make Me Cry”, the artist starts with a “Boom” that sounds so sweet with her child’s voice but that yet introduces a particularly personal and heartbreaking song. She raises some questions that we all have faced one day: if you pretend you love me, why are you making me suffuring so much?
