PLUM‘s “Out Of Love” is taken from their new EP “D.R.I.P”.
Coming from Ontario in Canada, dream pop band PLUM is a new project featuring ex-Counterparts members and their magic lies in incorporating wistful choruses into propulsive synthpop soundscapes. Their new single “Out Of Love”, which closes their 3-track new EP, is no exception. The melancholic chords and Rachael Kross‘s evasive vocals are breeding a sense of nostalgia and the aesthetic of the accompanying Aabid Youssef-directed video is definitely in the same vein. With “Out Of Love”, PLUM are bringing darkness and emotional cravings under the disco balls. Tune in below.
