Brussels-based artist Men in Pain radicalizes queers and techno-enthusiasts.
Hailing from Brux-hell, Belgium, Georgian queer music and visual artist Men in Pain crafts burning, gut-wrenching techno tracks for people who don’t know the meaning of sleeping. Driven by an unstoppable sub-bass and punctuated with whipping claps, his latest production, “Ixion”, is as nebulous as an endless kinky night. All is not that dark here, though. Add some ecstatic, shimmering synths which rain down on top, and you’ll have an idea of the oxymoronic sound of Men in Pain, between grief and lust. Tune in below.
