Riches‘s new track, “Light Of Dawn,” is out now.
Riches (Catherine McCandless of Young Galaxy + choreographer Wynn Holmes) follow up to “Hang in Pieces” with “Light Of Dawn”, a folksy rhyme with a twist. “The gentle melody with the lyrics of utter devotion made the demo quite romantic and without the discordant tone we sought,” they explained. “In our search for the right voice, we felt everything click into place when we pitched the vocal into this child-like, desirous and imaginative voice.” The track was made in collaboration with Young Galaxy‘s Stephen Ramsay and, for a second time, with Swedish producer Dan Lissvik.
Arnaud, a passionate music enthusiast from France, now based in Madrid, founded HighClouds in 2015. With an ear for the dreamy, the ethereal, and the unconventional, he thrives on discovering and sharing boundary-pushing sounds.
