Sydney-based new comer SangLien recently debuted a new song and video. The ethereal and oniric ‘Somday’ will be featured on his upcoming ‘Digital Eskimo EP’.
SangLien is 24-year-old John-Alexander Matsos. The Sydney’s multi-instrumentalist who uses his classical and jazz training to paint beautiful electronic music soundscapes, is about to release his debut EP ‘Digital Eskimo’ via Beatle Soup. Taken from this project, here is the beautiful video that goes with it. It was directed and choreographed by Thomaz Labanca and features Lukas Ruziczka, Aly Firbank and Cassie Woodward that dance in something that looks like a dreamlike initiatory rite. With a palate of sounds loaded with Asian influences, SangLien‘s music appears to us as a motivation to travel.
