Can you write and record good music with shitty broken gear? No Way! Well, actually you can and 21-year-old singer-songwriter-producer yot club is here to prove it. Hailing from Jackson, Mississippi, the artist has unveiled his incredibly promising demo-ish EP on Soundcloud; a project which was recorded in his bedroom and car. Combining a simple yet infectious melody with reverbed, woozy lo-fi instrumentation, “no way !” is a spleen-loaded gem and one of the highlights of the project.
