Car Seat Headrest are going to release a new version of “Twin Fantasy” in February. On their new single “Cute Thing”, Will Toledo‘s band decided to update the lyrics by replacing Dan Bejar and John Entwistle by Frank Ocean and James Brown.
As you might know it, Car Seat Headrest will release a new version of their iconic album “Twin Fantasy” next month. This re-release should enable Will Toledo to give the density and richess of the album that he had in mind while recording but that he could not afford at that time. Now that he is signed to Matador, he can finally do it properly. For this new single, “Cute Thing”, Will Toledo decided to change some of the lyrics, replacing the references to Dan Bejar and John Entwistle by Frank Ocean and James Brown.
“Cute Thing” is the follow up to previously released singles “Beach Life-In-Death” and “Nervous Young Inhumans“.
