Like some of their Gothenburg peers (Makthaverskan, Westkust), the Swedish band Agent blå stands somewhere at the intersection of indie pop, post-punk, and shoegaze. On their upcoming new album, STAB!, they explore new inspirations, adding krautrock, instrumental, and psychedelic textures to their post-punk roots. The album is introduced by “Discount,” a stratospheric lead single about “finding familiarity in having something haunting you.
Arnaud, a passionate music enthusiast from France, now based in Madrid, founded HighClouds in 2015. With an ear for the dreamy, the ethereal, and the unconventional, he thrives on discovering and sharing boundary-pushing sounds.
