Eartheater unleashes celestial new single “Scripture”

Eartheater‘s new track, “Scripture,” is out via her own label Chemical X.

Avant-garde multi-talented artist Eartheater has just shared the official version of “Scripture,” a single co-produced with Sega Bodega that she debuted last month in New York, at the Proenza Schouler fashion show. After her 2020 record Phoenix, where she was placing the guitar at the center plan, “Scripture” reconnects with the sound of her mixtape Trinity: a fascinating combination of trap, rave, and dream pop textures, all carried by her dizzying vocals. Organic or synthetic, Eartheater‘s compositions are always captivating anyway.

According to the artist, “Scripture” is about “the feeling that I had surmounted some kind of huge mountain in my life that I’d been climbing for years…feeling very validated and rewarded in trusting my “stars” after following my heart, for years, down my very unorthodox and uncertain, risky path.”
