Faye Webster copes with loneliness in “Room Temperature”

“Room Temperature” is taken from Faye Webster‘s new album Atlanta Millionaires Club out May 24 on Secretly Canadian.

Atlanta alt-folk singer-songwriter Faye Webster has announced the release of her third album Atlanta Millionaires Club. Co-produced by Drew Vandenberg, the album is filled with pedal steel as heard in the Hawaiian-esque lead single “Room Temperature”. Singing “I should get out more” without great conviction, Webster is drowning herself into her loneliness. The single also comes with a stunning self-directed video where she is filling the void in her life with summery hobbies like synchronized swimming and Tahitian dance. Watch below.
