“I Hate Myself” is taken from Jessy Lanza‘s Love Hallucination, out via Hyperdub.

A few months ago, Jessy Lanza released her breezy and personal album, Love Hallucination. Today, the Canadian songwriter, producer, and vocalist unveiled the visuals for “I Hate Myself,” a Balearic chill-out ballad in which she continuously repeats the phrase ‘”I Hate Myself”—a sort of reverse daily affirmation or mantra. Don’t get too hard on yourself Jessy, this song is just amazing.
