“Artémis” is taken from Lysandre‘s debut EP, Maison-Dieu, out September 25 on Chivi Chivi.
Multifaceted, Montreal-based talent Lysandre Ménard has already made a name for herself as an award-winning actress (La passion d’Augustine) as well as a musician with her band The Loodies and a touring artist for British trio Girl Ray. Adding another string to her bow, the artist, who also studied piano at the prestigious Royal Academy of Music in London, is now debuting her solo act, Lysandre. Her debut EP, Maison-Dieu, will be released this Friday via Chivi Chivi, the boutique record label who introduced us to Helena Deland. Like Deland, Lysandre crafts aerial pop brimming with synthetic details and symbolic songwriting.
