Shelly‘s debut double single, “Steeeam / Natural,” is out via Orange Hill Records.
There’s a new supergroup in town. Or more precisely in towns. Comprised of Clairo, Claud, Josh Mehling and Noa Frances Getzug, Shelly have been working on their music online, while quarantining in Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston and Atlanta. As expected with this very DIY line-up, their two first tracks, “Steeeam” and “Natural,” are pure bittersweet, bedroom indie pop, and the artwork was scrapbooked by Clairo herself. Listen below.
