Wasuremono's "Cuddling" is a paradoxical bullet in the head

Something left behind, this is the English translation of Wasuremono – 忘れ物, a four-piece indie band from England that recently shared a refreshing EP named “Kaboom.” Discover ‘Cuddling,’ a highlight taken from this new project.

Wasuremono were formed in 2013 by lead singer William Southward and come from Bradford-on-Avon, South West England. “Cuddling” is a surprising indie pop track that obviously has its fails but this is also what is appealing about it. As one says, happiness is not a destination, it’s the way you travel. The band tried to be catchy, to propose something new while not sounding pretentious and it totally works in my opinion. It was almost weird to name the song ‘Cuddling’ as it hit me like a bullet in the head.
